How to convert type F connector to vga
If by F connector you mean like, an aerial cable or a satellite cable. Then basically you can't do a simple conversion just because of the nature of the cable. The RF cable has loads of different channels and audio, and there's no simple way to single out one channel and ignore the audio. The best way would be to get a TV tuner card (internal or external) and install that and then you can watch TV on your monitor.
