i just found a rat hoe in my wall what is the best way to cover that hole without the rats chewing thru again.im so grossed out at them
A coffee can lid, its easy to cut and rats cant chew through it.

If this is for rats you can find a thin sheet of copper, they won't chew trough that. Forget putting glass in ciment or any of that stuff, they'll chew through it and spit the glass aside, I've seen it before. The only material they don't chew through is copper. BUT if they want in, they'll get in, so you have to exterminate and then prevent them from getting back in. The best stuff I've found to prevent is a product called Detol, it's a very strong pine smelling cleaner. Maybe you can't find Detol, but anything with a VERY strong pine smell should work
