I have diabetes, so need to eat a low carb diet, but I also have Inflammatory bowel disease, which means I need to eat a lot of high fiber foodsBut the high fiber foods are also the ones that are high in carbsI feel like I am going around in circles with no way outAnyone have some suggestions??

There are some vegetables that offer carbs in a complex form not starchy, but you will have to research that on your own, try a town libraryCan you eat brown rice? is it just toast/potatoes you cant eat?
