Question:

how to get koolaid out of carpet?

my daughter spill red kool aid on my beige carpet. I have an expensive carpet cleaner but it is not doing the trick help

Answer:

I'm not sure about red kool-aid but I use rubbing alcohol for all sorts of other stains and have had great luck with it. I just pour some into a spray bottle and spray a small area of the stain/spot. (should be fairly wet but not soaked). Then rub the area with a clean dry cloth it should take up the stain/spot right away. Rubbing alcohol is fast drying which can be a great help as well. WARNING... [Be sure to test it in a small area first. It could possibly damage the carpet as well. Tho it's not likely.] I hope this works for you.
Professional okorder ., to locate a pro near you. Best to keep these type drinks in the kitchen or leave them in the store.
Red dye from kool aid is one of the hardest stains to clean. Your best bet would be trying to find a professional carpet cleaner to remove the stain, but since the carpet is such a light color I'm sure they won't be able to guarantee any type of results.
