Question:

How to make a car sound like a muscle car?

I have a 1984 crown Victoria. i wanted to make it sound like an old muscle car. i love that rumbling sound that they make. is there any small modifications i can make to get that sound. i am a full time tech but never did anything like this where i work.

Answer:

Hi there ) the copper bar, since copper is a metal, will be attracted (or attract) the magnet.
Open up the intake - install a high lift cam - add a bytchin' exhaust. It's only got a 289 CID V8. It's still not going to sound like a 427.
air intake. headers and a few aftermarket mufflers. take the cats off. positioned a cam in it. sturdy to circulate. after in simple terms analyzing your question lower back - apparently like youre asking whilst its working and the idle sounds like it jumps up and down. seems such as you choose a cam. no longer too huge or it won't tournament something of the inventory automobile. could build the engine to circulate with a cam or it extremely is going to be a dogs. yet you may get a extreme high quality sound from putting a reasonable cam in it without doing lots different stuff.
dude if you're a full time tech then you should know how to get the rumble. But if you want to know then I say get a more radical bump stick some headers and a nice free flowing exhaust. That will give you the sound and a little extra kick when you put your foot into it.
It will be unaffected, copper is not ferrous.
