Question:

How to make a Key Lime Pie Martini?

I would really like a recipe on how to make a key lime pie martini (without using cream). I would specifically like the recipe that Craft Steak in Vegas uses because that is the best one I have ever had... Any suggestions?

Answer:

a few months(powder better than pallets and Mg also helps the speed but watch you Mg levels) it depends on temp, warmer the better and moister is better. you usually apply large amounts of lime for a change like 5.4-5.6. it depends on how you apply it, spread it or work it in when working up a paddock
lime can effect the hydronium concentration (pH) by reaction to trap H in bicarbonate. the amount of bicarbonate that can form changes as the pH. this is more of a buffering reaction than a titration. you need to be careful because many soils have a clay fraction. the sodium content of clay is controlled by mass exchange reaction with the water. the introduction of Calcium ion can cause swelling of the clay and choking drainage through the soil.
