Answer:

NO!! bl
A crane is piece of large/heavy duty equipment, used in construction, or a water foul (bird). What is a bankette?
This is a little difficult since your spelling and syntax leave a lot to be desired. An open crate which I think is what you are referring to is usually not adequate unless you live in a very benign climate. Not too hot or too cold, not rainy or windy. Most dogs like a house or crate that is sized to them so they feel like they are in a small cave or shelter that they can defend from sneak attack by other dogs or even cats. Her short hair coat and dark color mean she needs to be protected from both too much sun and too cold weather. Temps below 40f. or above 90f she should have heated or cooled shelter or be in the house with you. If she is outside exercising in temps below 32f. she should have a dog coat and booties. Adding a good size solid wall crate to her shelter area will probably be plenty and it is a good idea to have her used to a crate in case she needs to be transported to a vet or stay in a kennel overnight in an emergency. Is she allowed in the house with you? At 4 months I doubt she is reliably house trained and that is something which should be accomplished easily in the next 2 or 3 months but it does require that there be someone home with her to take her out at least every 2 - 3 hours until she gets in the habit of holding it until she is let out. She is developmentally capable of that but needs to be taught. It sounds like you are spending quite a lot of time with her and getting her plenty of exercise and that is vital. Dobies are big lap dogs that like to be right there with you whatever you are doing and it seems like she has that too. Good luck and life with your dobe. They are one of my favorite breeds.
I have no idea what an open crane is? Do you mean you leave her outside all day? If so, the answer is no. Dobermans don't have the right type of coat to be left outside all day even with shelter.
