I don't know how. You'd better find someone who is good at sticking films.
I only know how to stick a film to the screen but I don't know how to peel one from it. It's okay to tear it down, I suppose. You can drip several drops of clean water when you stick it, and then squeeze the water out.
you can use a thin blade to pry gently from side and tear it down. If it's not ease to tear it down, you can heat it fast using lighter. After it's torn down, using some cleanser to wipe the screen up with glasses cloth. And that's all.
If the film you used is hard type, you can stick the upside of the film using scotch tape. And then prying it up from a corner and peeling it from the screen by drawing the scotch tape. And it's done. If it's soft and thin type,
Protective film is not sticky , You can peel it slowly starting from the corner~ Be gentle, then it will be okay~ ~ The way is the same when you change a new one. Do care that the screen is cleaned~ The same, do it slowly~
