I don't think you have anything to worry about with the old guy. He was probably just looking at gun videos on YouTube. I don't think that's suspicious. He sounds like the out door type so I'm sure he's interested in that stuff. A the park, you could have called the police if you believe someone was selling weed. Only do so if you're sure though. Now as far as you thinking he's following you and trying to arrest you, you're definitely just being paranoid.
I would think so, it's the most common brand I've seen. Most companies seem to use Kidde.
