Question:

Driving safety: How do you keep yourself awake in a long drive?

I just got my license but I still don't think I deserve it. Most of the time, when I get into the 30:00 or 40:00 minute mark, I tend to lose my concentration quite a bit. When I am practicing, I drink coffee to keep me aware but I don't think that is enough. No matter how alert I am, there will be one split second that I will lose my focus. I've been a passenger for two decades and until now, I still cannot stay alert for one full hour.

Answer:

There are three type of heat you want to avoid to keep you astronauts alive, radiant, convective, and conductive. The radiant is from radiation, like the warmth you feel from the sun. Convective is the heat transmitted through heated air, like your furnace or heat pump. Conductive is the heat transmitted through solid objects like a metal spoon in a boiling soup, that will get your attention! The simulation must use a flame, so in your experiment your will need to fight the radiant problems and the conductive in one test. (the shuttle won't have the radiant problem in real practice.) Reflective materials fight radiant heat, the first layer must be the shinny side of the sheet aluminum outward. The light weight of the foil will be a problem exposed to a direct flame, so laminate to the copper, the copper will disperses the heat quickly and has an insulating property as a layer. Next, the conducted heat most be removed from the device, take advantage of the convection of heat. Use the screen to provide an air space. The air is a good insulator and will let the heat out of the device. Finally, a reflective layer will be needed again for when the flame burns through the outer skin. This would be the last layer of foil to reflect the heat back to the original. An improvement would be two layers of screen separated by as foil clad copper piece. If the air space was force fed air from a fan it would stand up even longer. Have fun. Oh, use the heaviest piece of aluminum out ward to deflect the direct flame. Use really good glue! Actually, drill and nail the pieces to the board, the glue will be the failure point.
The pendants in the photographs have stickers in them. you could placed merely approximately something you like into resin. photographs, paper, mag paper, stickers, fabrics, glitter, plastic issues. something this is porous you ought to conceal with the two mod podge or merely glue and somewhat water blended jointly. you could placed plant life in it additionally. Dried artwork better. clean in specific circumstances unfastened colour and could bleed colour if no longer lined with some thing first.i'm hoping that I helped you out somewhat. i admire working with resin. have exciting!!!! it ought to take some trial and blunder first.
