its the quest where i have to hit the fire hydrants to get the blockage from it. the guy who gives me the quest says go to construction site north of kerning. but i dont see any hydrants at the construction site. there are some hydrants on the other side of kerning, but i cant hit them.where do i go?

It is not good to go from light to dark to light. It fries your hair. As for you damaged ends you need to get them trimmed off so the the damage doesn't spread. As for coloring your hair I would go and let the professionals do it. They have a higher quality die that won't mess you up as bad as home die would.
