She could be smoking it or another drug off of itYou could put the drug on top of the flat side and light it underneath and use a straw to inhale the smokePeople usually use aluminum foil for this sort of thing so it's just a guessI'm assuming any type of metal surface would work thoughDoes she seem sped out or drowsy?
