and every card onto the table and told me my future career,love,travel.until ALL the cards were used in the deck. Heres my question to yahoo readers- If she reads EVERY card for EVERYONE, doesnt ALL of her customers get the SAME reading?
Not necessarily. There are different ways to read Tarot Cards. For Tarot Cards, it isn't necessarily the cards themselves that determine the reading, but the order in which they are placed and their placement (remember the cards can be reversed/upside down, which will alter their meaning). Granted, she could just be lazy and have the exact reading for everyone. However, a really good reader would point out the relationships between certain cards and their proximity with one another, etc.
A lot of readers won't let anyone shuffle their deck, too many people use the Vegas style of card shuffling that bends the cards in the middle, ruining/damaging the deck. Some of these decks are in the $50 range or higher. I know some spreads use all the cards, but that's such a time consuming layout it's not worth doing. And no, you won't get the same reading - the position the cards are in affects the reading. Each person gets a different organization of the cards in the deck.
