i would like to know reasons for air/ gas leakage in abc type powder type fire extinguishers?

we have around 250 nos of dry powder type fire extinguisherswe are facing a frequent problem of leakage ( air / gas ) from nozzle automatically with out pressing the nobs. we had aincident of blast , the neck came out due to high pressure. we have enquired about this our supplier .they are not in a position to give us proper answer (root cause for this) . will u please furnish likely reasons for this problem.

I hope your joking. Why would you be so dumb!? Take it out NOW! Unless of course you're looking forward to some nice infections and horrible pain. My friend once tried to do the same thing you did, she left the safety pin in for 2 days and finally took it out due to the horrible pain it was causing her. She now has a nasty looking scar along with some sort of skin discoloration around her bellybutton from the bandage she placed over the safety pin to keep it from getting pulled and tugged. That was about 4 or 5 years ago. You need to find a piercer and have it done professionally, if you're not old enough to have it done legally oh well you can wait. Grow up. I'm amazed at how many children such as yourself don't think about the consequences that come along with doing something so ignorant. A safety pin is extremely small and quite thin. If you try to shove jewelry into the hole you're going to do even more damage than you just did.
The same three components:- 1.A detector or sensor 2.A control centre (the thermostat) 3.An effector (the heating or cooling unit). eg. Thermostat is set at a certain temperature (like the body's is in the thermoregulation centre of the hypothalamus) and if the sensor detects a lower temperature the heating sysytem is activated. When the temperature is back to the set point the thermostat turns off the heating system.
