dunno where your at but where im from, tractors could be driven by any1 no license needed and troopers had no jurisdiction over em, you couldnt even get it for drinking and driving nowadays i think its osha wants certain operators like lift trucks, boom operators, crane operators to have some sorta license.im assuming payloader is a front end loader(big bucket on it) and you really dont have to have a license for thati ran heavy equipment for yrs including cat d-8-10 and challenger series cats as well as steiger and international,john deere etc with like earth moving equipment on em.
