I agree with gp4rts in the development of the formula. (This is the same equation used to find rocket thrust from exhaust velocity and fuel burn rate.) But I think there's an arithmetic error. I get 7.5 times gp4rts's value. Actually Q^2 450^2*10^-6 / 60^2. This multiplies gp4rts's result by 450/60 7.5.
Check the battery, wiring, then the fuses. It is unlikely that all the door lock actuators just failed all of a sudden. Unless this is a progressive problem and they died one at a time. Your keyless entry seems to be working but the power is either not getting to the lock actuator or the actuator has gone bad.
