Answer:

I believe you have a valild claim. It is up to your employer to provide a safe work place which they failed to do. Not sure what sort of compensation you have received so far, or what you are after, but your employer is liable for damages caused by the girl. They can't legally retaliate, but if you get enough of a settlement, that would be something you won't have to worry about. Oh, and if you are a guy, I wouldn't tell too many people you got your a** kicked by a girl. Keep using the word assault.. or unprovoked assault. Good luck.
You quit. Technically you were forced to resigned. But either way I'm sorry you had such a horrible boss.
To answer your last question first. This shouldn't be held against you later in life. Your reasoning for quitting/being fired are fair, you told your employer you were not available and he rostered you on anyway. Maybe your boss though you could change up you personal schedule a little to suit him, but because your priorities were different you lost your job. In a future interview, if asked what are your strong points? you could use this as an example of Having Strong Priorities and Time Management Skills. You could even include I lost a job when I was 15, because the employer wanted me to work when I planned to be studying an online course. Unless you need the paperwork, to prove you had a job, I would suggest just considered it a job loss. It does seem your employer set you up to fail by trying to roster you when you couldn't work, and the fact you were terminated immediately does sound more like being fired (even if you did offer your resignation before it happened).
