Dealer claims it will deprogram key, but i can get Ignition lock cylinder at Auto Zone and do it myself. They say it will not work.Plus dealer wants like $400 for work, when I can get part for $70.00. $330 labor at dealer to change ignition lock cylinder. I need advice from Ford technicians.

Answer:

Please read the fine print. Once you give your credit card if you don't cancel it will continue to be charged. I also think that you have to remain in these offers for a certain amount of time. It should be in the terms and conditions of the offers. Be careful, I had one hec of a time canceling something like this.
There is no way to really prove that case as you wrote. All your lawyer can really do is serve interrogatories and depositions for the case. If nothing comes of the interrogatories and depositions, the case might be dismissed. It's not what you know, it's what you can prove. abandoning my position work performance, but told me that her pregnancy had taken her head out of the game. If they don't say this stuff in interrogatories and depositions, you cannot prove it. Also, the letter you sent is only an allegation. You have no proof that they did any illegality, so you couldn't retaliate. I suspect the retaliation will be dismissed. Then you would have to prove, I was pregnant and starting a family. Here is were your basic problem is. They knew you are a woman and yet they hired you with out stating you cannot get pregnant. It's going to look as if you are pissed off your fired and because your pregnant, decided to file a law suit for that class discrimination.
