I have a couple of old fire extinguishers, more than 20 years old. The gauges say that they are still charged, but I'm wary because of the age. Are they still good?
If anything the Sex Pistol Johnny Rotten made it cool.
Honestly, cut it off. and get it dyed again professionally. I dye my hair all the time, and the only reason I can get away with it is because I have short hair
Haircut is your only answer.
in all honesty, after you get over the halloween blue thing i would say go back to your natural hair color. i wouldnt do highlights for awhile being that your hair is so damaged. when your hair is in better condition, i would recommend some warm golden or anything on the warm side to bring out your natural color and skin tone. i would definitely wait to highlight it though-maybe even until spring. meanwhile, make sure you deep condition it alot. being that your hair is so damaged, it really wouldnt hurt to even sleep with a deep conditioner in your hair then just rinse it out the next morning. it will help. and i know from experience, i have curly hair and i love changing the color-but try not to go from one extreme to the other-thats the major damaging factor. try not to use alot of hairspray or products in it either-they all contain alcohol which will continually dry out your hair. good luck!!!! :)
