I would like to get the new Sony tv but I don't want to have to pay for cab/e if I don't have to does anyone know if there will be live games and live tv on Google tv or is it just going to be a tv Netflix please let me know
Google TV does not replace cable or satellite, it works with them. Google TV will add web access and apps to your TV experience and will allow you to control your satellite DVR or cable box through the Google TV app. However you still have to have the satellite or cable to control in the first place.
I'm pretty sure Google TV is Live. You might want to go into Best Buy and ask them to make sure.
