is re piping better then epoxy for copper plumbing?

Answer:

There is an epoxy for copper pipe, but it does not work as advertised. Repipe, it's cheaper in the long run.
Replacing the pipe is the best but if you find that a problem and you just have a small hole and you can't solder because there's water in the line then you can do a patch job by placing a piece of rubber hose over the hole and use a hose clamp to hold it there. A piece of radiator hose from a car will do the trick.
I think what is being asked is epoxy pipe re-lining better then re-piping with copper pipes.
