Question:

Is the state of ct required to physically mark the presence of a fire hydrant?

Painting the curb, putting up signs, etc.

Answer:

If it's in a fireplace/stove with porper screening it's safe. Most people's houses are heated by furnices (boxes with fire in them)
its actually EVERY metal, because my aunt jus came from india and she has a metal knee inside of her and it went off, so they had to give a doctors note to verify what it was, you should be safe as long as you dont hav any metal on u while going through it, its not really a magnet.. or else.. a person with alot of metal would jus get stuck on the wall but the best thing you can do to prevent it going off is to put all metal objects in the machine and u go through without any metal.. if its jewlery, it shouldnt bother much since they can see it, but if its huge, they will tell you to put it in the machine, its the size that usually matters.. and how thick it is
