Question:

is there a difference in ceramic headers and stainless steel headers?

would ceramic headers be better for my 91 honda civic over stainless steel headers?

Answer:

Ceramics are better at heat dissipation (that's why the Porsche GT2 has ceramic brakes), but are going to be more expensive. Unless you have unlimited funding, go with stainless steel.

Go here tr.im/LwCHb There are thousands of plans so decide which one you are going to tackle next. While I agree with the other poster of the effects (or lack of) from using pressure treated lumber for a garden planter, I'm not going to blame the left conspiracy for it. Why politics needs to be brought into garden question is beyond me. While the possibility DOES exist for trace chemicals to be absorbed into the veggies you grow, the amounts would be well below the threshold needed to cause illness. You will be fine. Good luck.
Ceramic dissipates heat better.
Want you like to get instant access to over 16,000 woodworking plans? Check it out tr.im/64742 Along with stone, mud and animal parts, wood was one of the first materials worked by early humans. Microwear analysis of the Mousterian stone tools used by the Neanderthals show that many were used to work wood. The development of civilization was closely tied to the development of increasingly greater degrees of skill in working these materials.
