would ceramic headers be better for my 91 honda civic over stainless steel headers?
Ceramics are better at heat dissipation (that's why the Porsche GT2 has ceramic brakes), but are going to be more expensive. Unless you have unlimited funding, go with stainless steel.

While I agree with the other poster of the effects (or lack of) from using pressure treated lumber for a garden planter, I'm not going to blame the left conspiracy for it. Why politics needs to be brought into garden question is beyond me. While the possibility DOES exist for trace chemicals to be absorbed into the veggies you grow, the amounts would be well below the threshold needed to cause illness. You will be fine. Good luck.
