Question:

Is there any brake system used to prevent a bicycles tip over?

As any rider knows, a front wheel‘s lock will result in bicycle‘s tip over, thereby throwing a rider over the handlebar of the bicycle. Is there any brake system used to prevent a bicycle‘s tip over? Or any patented brake design used to address the bicycle‘s tip over.

Answer:

It is the same. ABS stands for Anti-lock Braking System.
If you learn how to use your front brake properly, you don't tip over. It is a question of moving your weight as far back as possible and bracing yourself so that your weight does not move forward when you apply the brakes
There have been, but limiting a brake's power is a Bad Idea. Sensible use of both brakes is a better strategy. And also, when braking hard, you should get down low and shift your weight to the rear.
Different names for the same thing.
Aircraft only have brakes on the main gear allowing the nose wheel to be dedicated to steering. The ABS systems on automobiles modulate the brake pressure to all four wheels, allowing the car to steer even when under maximum braking. If the front wheels were to lock up the car would only be able to stop in a straight line. Stopping in a straight line is desirable on an airport runway, but could be a disaster for a car on a curved road.
