ANY stuff? some stalagmites are formed in dolomites and produce rhodochrosite--a deep pink magnesium carbonate-- however it is illegal most everywhere to collect cave formations including stalagmites and stalactites. These cave forms may be legally collected from voids exposed during quarrying/mining operations but not from wild caves If you are looking at a broken stalagmite with shinny flecks you are likely seeing cleavage faces in the calcite not crystals nor genstones.

It is a proven fact that when one wears white it attracts BBQ sauce, spaghetti sauce, and red wine (things that are not easily taken out). Wearing black attracts animal hair. I am glad that nurses no longer have to wear white (it attracted lots of things we don't want to mention). I wonder why in the great minds of sock makers why they make boys (whether they be toddlers or middle aged) white. Fruit of the Loom does have a sense of humor.
