I believe you can go to your local fire department. I would call first, of course the non emergency number. We used to get ours recharged by the fire department. Good luck!!

By all kinds do you mean several brands, or do you mean various types such as CO2, dry, water, and halon. There is no machine that will refill all types. As for refilling an extinguisher you don't really even need an actual machine. If you are doing service and need to reclaim the unused chemical then that is a different story. You will need a nitrogen tank and the proper fittings for the brand you plan to refill. You can't fill with compressed air as this will cake the dry chemical agent. You will also need valve stems, o-rings, and other various replacement parts.
