Question:

legal advice on pallet Theft?

Recently i arranged for pick up and delivery of a pallet of goods from a pallet company online, i've used them a number of times with no problems. This time i used them and the pallet was stolen from the warehouse. There has been a police report with an investigation ongoing, it's been confirmed that the theft did take place on there premises, someone came in and broke into the van that the pallet was on and stole the contents. It seems that the company responsible for keeping my goods secure and safe are dragging there heels on making an insurance claim, in other words, they don't seem to wanting to resolve this anytime soon, other than waiting for the police on there next visit before they make any insurance claim. My question is, what are my legal rights in getting my money back for the price of goods that i paid for....before i go to a solicitor?Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Answer:

Haha, I was about to say BH cosmetics as well :) ELF has some well priced palletes, but read up on some reviews first, because their products can be hit or miss. The 88 Palette from Coastal Scents is also highly recommended by many people, and there's a company called Sedona Lace that has very well priced palettes as well (120 for about $30).
