Look, I'm 14 guy, I'm 112 pounds and I have very low self-esteem and its very awkward to take my shirt off (when at friend's house for pool, beach, etc)Since I was little, sports were never my motivationIn my country, if you don't know how to play soccer (or at least have a decent looking body) you are bound to be a rejectSo my goal is to lose weight (specially tummy and legs) so I stop trying to avoid mirrors and try to boost my self-esteem a bit in the 2 months of vacationFor 2 weeks now I've been using a walker in home about 3-4 times a week 30-60 minutes a day and a vibration training machine (look it up)My family keeps saying im thin, but I know its just try to boost my self-esteem but doesn't work cuz I seriously see myself in the mirror and my big tummy and man boobs don't help.soo any advice (diet is no problem cuz the reason I'm fat is becuz i don't excerciseIm really not a fan of food or candyI only eat cuz I have to)NOTE: Don't because im 112 pounds is fine because seriously I'm fat.
