Mexican food: 1 thing of tortillas: 1 dollar (99c store) 1 round of queso fresco: 1 dollar (99c store) Canned Beans: 1 dollar (99c store) -too much of a theme going on here Chicken: $4 -I have no idea how much chicken costs, but get this much 1 Mexican spice packet: 1 dollar 2 jars of salsa: 4 dollars (It's cheaper if you make it at home and only use the items necessary to make it, like 50c worth of onions, but you'll need to go to the grocery and do the math yourself) - Cook the chicken (boil, roast, whatever) Warm the tortillas, fill with chicken and beans that have been tossed with spice packet, layer them in a casserole dish and top with salsaBake for 30 min at 350, top with the cheese For dessert: fruit topped with whipped cream Diced apples with cinnamon sugar and topped with oatmeal (to absorb liquid), bake 350 degrees for 45 min flan ^^choose one of above, the ingredients will cost less than 8 dollars
