I bought a Motorola Triumph and it did not come with a batter door cover. I got the battery and a case and plugged it in. It is not doing anything or turning on. I am using an LG charger. The Battery is Motorola Brand. What is the problem?
From what I have heard and from some limited experience with both Motorola branded chargers and non Motorola chargers: The micro USB connection used for charging seems to like Motorola branded chargers better. It seems as though whenever I use a non Motorola micro USB charge cable I have problems with getting the charge indicator (red light) to come on indicating charge. I have to plug/unplug several times or wiggle the connection to get it to work. If I use a Motorola branded charger/charge cable I do not have this problem. If you can, try another charger and see if that makes a difference.
