my friend deleted lots of stuff from her control panel and now .exe files wont open. ie is uninstalled!?

so the other day my friends laptop got a bit full so she went into her control panel and started deleting everything except the things that said microsoft. anyway shes going travelling in 2 days and is freaking out and asked me to try fix her laptop.she uninstalled internet explorer (ie), and when i try to open device manager it says i need to have ie 5.5 or higher to access it. so from my laptop i downloaded the new ie onto my thumb drive and when i tried to install it on my friends laptop tge mssage come up ' C:92;DOCUME~92;user92;LOCALS~92;Temp92;IXP000.TMP92;IE-REDIST.EXE is not a valid Win32 application.i dont really know where to start except looking for how to fix the error msgs i get when i try to install everything, so any help would be great.thanks

Nothing is safe from the saw. U have to use clamps or be very cautious when cutting. Using fabricated pushing blocks to push the material thru and never use bare hand to move the material. Unless u can borrow Iron-mans iron gloves.
I would guess it is a water pressure and a flow problem. Those are separate problems. If the static pressure is low, that is the pressure with everything off. Then the pressure is the likely culprit. But a restriction will do it also. If the incoming waterline is restricted then the pressure drops too much if there is more of a draw on it. If the restriction is between one part of the house and that bathroom then maybe plumbing can help. A larger line to that bathroom to feed both the toilet and the shower might help if the pressure stays up elsewhere under use. You have to determine where the restriction would be first.
