I'm trying to buy supplemental homeowners insurance for my townhouse. My homeowners association has a blanket policy that cover the structure, however nothing inside the house is covered. Their deductible is $10,000. What other insurance coverage do I need and approximately how much personal property coverage would I need for a 3 bedroom/2 bath townhouse?

that sounds good but accessorize with safety pins, ribbons, cool and weird pics drawn on your arm or hand, silver studded items such as belts or bracelets, velvet, lace, fishnet sleeves
What I always do, if you're using the spray kind, it spray it, let it stand for about 5 minutes and then scrub away. If you are going to spray it right away, then I would use some because one can never be too safe. Otherwise, you should be fine. Hope it helps!
