I can't tell if the problem is my battery or my charger? My old charger broke, so I got a new one. The new one does not charge my battery. The battery is at 0% so whenever I unplug the charger my whole laptop just cuts off. Is the problem the charger? or is it the battery?
check that your new charger is the same {exact} model as the older one, if it is same then there is a problem with your battery, get it replaced!
are you sure your new charger is Sanguinity with your laptop? if it is you shoud update your charger. for update: start menutype Device Manager and open itin new window you can see batteries wordclick on it in new window go to driver and open update driverif you are connected to internet update it from internet.this take a few mintues example for 2 or moreafter update it completely installed on you computer. if your promblem is still not Unresolved give your previouse charger to fix it. good luck
