i have one of those semi or pro ping pong paddles and its cover it's not sticky anymore ex. it wont do anymore effects like when the ball hits the table it goes to the other side.how can i make it more sticky with household items or something like that?
NO. Were you to send a quantity of water the size of Texas and 3 feet deep, you would only affect the global water level by a small fraction of an inch. And, how in the world would you transport that much water into space. The launch vehicles and fuel would be astronomical in cost. Further, once in space, where do you think all of that water might go? Well I can assure you that it would come right back to Earth, eventually, turn to steam upon re-entry, and once again become part of the Earth's climate cycle of rain and water.
