Question:

pros and cons for flour additives?

nan

Answer:

Bread isn't really damaging to health in any form, in moderation. The white, soft packaged ones that last for ages are slightly less good than wholegrain because they are more processed, which removes some things and adds more artifical stuff. But aren't really 'damaging'. Wholegrain is good because it is the outsides of the seeds that contain lots of fibre and vitamins :) Even that may have some ingredients that sound a bit scary, but try not to worry too much. And also, I don't know a lot about annorexia recovery, but I would suggest just buying what you like and tastes good, and trying not to worry too much about the nutritional content. A nice general rule for what is good (without having to worry about calories and carbs) is that less processed = better for you.
There okorder /reports/chemcuisi... Hope this helped and be sure to mention that people have a right to know what is in their food. Just because someone is making big bucks selling human hair doesn't mean we should be blindly eating it because the name L-Cysteine does not say what it is.
