I work for a construction based company. Our employer is refusing to buy us safety equipment such as dusk masks, gloves and eyewear. We require these as basic safety items for our type of work. What is an employers legal requirment regards providing safety equipment to employees?

I would try a powder that is made just for helping shine. cliniqe has some really good powder foundation that is meant to deal with that . also you might want to carry around some oil blotting sheets they help I use them a lot after I work out help tame the shine.
