Question about 2000 Honda Accord EX Windshield Wipers Not Working?

Answer:

Never get Bosch plug they are the worst plug you'll every buy. OEM plug are recommended, you should have a sticker on the side of your engine cover recommending what type of plug to use. For any import vehicle, I wouldnt settle for cheap Bosch plug. NGK Laser Platinum are very expensive due to the tip of the plug. NGK Iridium plugs are optional plug for you Honda. I have Iridium plug on my 92 Acura Integra GSR with the 1.7L DOHC Vtec. and it runs great. If you have money go for the Lase Platinum, of you short on cash, I'll recommend NGK Iridium, or Denso Platinum.
something is wrong with the linkage or gearbox. you need to take off the cowl under the windshield, and look at the wiper linkage. you will see moving parts, and a broken part, and some non-moving parts. you will then need to replace the broken part, which will make the currently non-moving parts mobile once again.
