Try another Vampire Lord and a Vampire's Curse instead of the Patrician's. Also try 2x Lightning Vortex instead of the Tribute to the Doomed, throw in 2 more Books of Life too. You can only have 1 Heavy Storm.

Berserk Dragon can be normal summoned, or special summoned by a spell card, plus, a great effect!
