Most Advance Auto parts stores will rent you a ball joint press kit for the price of the kit. Just return it for a full refund when done. But make sure you tell them you will be returning it when done. Also note that a bench-mounted vise can also be used if he kit is utilized, making the job somewhat easier
almost any auto parts place will loan you one. I recomend O'Reilly because they will tell you how to do it.
