Do I need a specific hi-lo chassis to set up my wheels that way? or can i have a regular chassis and just set up my wheels the way that i want them to be? is there a specific way to arrange the wheel sizes besides the fact that the larger one's go in the back?
You have a bent rear axle and or axle housing
Lightning is a flow of positivly charged particles being pulled through the air despite the fact air is an insulator. This type of electirc flow is usually called arcing. The intense heat of the electical flow ionizes the air in front of the bolt bring it to the plasma state of matter. The heat also causes the air to expand rapidly and make a booming sound. The lightning rod is a conductor and grounds the electric charge of a ligtning strike thus keeping the building from being damaged. They are pointed because they need to be high, not touching anything important that may also conduct, and be cost effecient (less material than if it were round or square)
not wheel bearing or seal, axle would have to break for it to angle like that then it wouldn't drive anywhere. Lug nuts are loose. Jack it up remove all lugs inspect for damage to threads if damaged (they all will be) buy replacement studs and lug nuts. repair and down the road you go. You may actually have to remove axle from housing to knock old studs out and put new ones in that depends on how wheel assembly is made, sometimes there is access hole so you can just knock studs out thru the back and slip new one in. use wheel and new lug nuts to pull new studs into holes.
