i cut myself when I use those yellow bic disposable razors and so does everyone else, so why is it different with saftety razors? I want to get one but I am too scared I will cut myself because I am 15plus I think they look scary and if my friends see them, it will make me look like a creep. like if you see a hill billy with a gun and camafloughe clothes youd stare at them and think they are creepylike I would get scared of a dude using a cut throught razor

The Pregnancy Discrimination Act amended Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Unfortunately for your sister, there aren't enough employees at this company to make them fall under the guidelines established in the PDA (Pregnancy Discrimination Act). Besides that, unless you are in Montana or she has a contract, she is an employee at will. This means that her employment can be terminated at any time and for any reason just so long as they aren't discriminating against a Constitutionally protected group or a whistle-blower. If she was told that she needs to work a different shift and refuses, that would be more than enough reason to terminate her employment. Does it stink? Yes. Is it a loophole? Yes. Is there anything you can do about it? Maybe. You can try contacting the EEOC if she gets fired and ask them to investigate . They'll look into it and see if there's any merit to your case. If there is, they'll file suit on your behalf. If not, you'll get a right to sue letter which basically says that they don't see enough evidence to file suit, but you're welcome to do so on your own dime.
