Reboot the system and tap F8 until a boot menu appears. Start Windows in Safe Mode, this may take a while to load everything however it might allow you to access the system without having to enter a password. Once in, go to User Accounts in the Control Panel to disable the password.
If you were to break those numbers down, you would find that the percentages are much higher amongst European and younger North American born players.
