Question:

sticky rubberised sheeting, what's it called?

I used to have some rubberised sheeting, about A4 size, but cut from larger amount I'd think, with a slightly sticky quality, ideal for putting under stuff if you need grip. I need some more, but don't know what it's called or how to find it. Does it have a trade name? Thanks

on a cool rainy weekend i would rather be with my boyfriend wrapped up in a blanket cuddling!
The adhesive on plastic pipe is not really glue. It works by partially dissolving the plastic and welding the pieces together. To repair the break, cut out the affected portions, apply ABS or PVC cleaner/solvent, dry-fit your pieces, heat all the fittings with a heat gun or at least a hair dryer, assemble with abs cement and apply heat from a heat gun or hair dryer for at least 2 minutes. You should be in business from there.
