Does anyone know how reliable this boiler is and the after-sales service with this company is good or bad here in the UK ?Also do it suffer from lime scale problems here in London . in fact what are the pros's and con's of this boiler as i'm thinking of having it installed ..
You need to ask your supplier about after sales service, such as who does it, are spares held in the UK, what guarantee does the boiler come with etc. As for hard water you absolutely must have an in-line water softener fitted upstream of the boiler otherwise the narrow channels in the heat exchanger with quickly block up. Your installer will be able to fit one of these that are designed especially for combi boilers. They are a must in London.
