Can I just use a black pad on my buffer to remove old crappy wax on floors, or do you HAVE to use a stripping solution...in other words, can you use the black pad on a dry floor?? Thanks!
use the stripping chemical. It breaks down the wax. put the solution down and let it work and use your black pad. make sure you rinse the floor very well.
