Question:

Stuffed nose all the time !!! know what i have?

I have a stuffed nose all the time i can't breath through my nose fast without it collapsing together and closing, but its worse when i go to sleep then either the right part of my nose or left part get completely blocked depending what side i sleep on, don't think i have allergics because i still have a little stuffed nose when i was in a hot tub away from everything, so i'm thinking could it be my immune system messing things up because i have an skin problem (vilitigo) which is when the immune system attacks color cells in the skin and the skin goes milky white, anyways please help me if you canmight add that i'm 18 years old male and in a good shape.

Because your problem is worse at night, I would guess that you might be allergic to dust mitesThese are microscopic creatures feed on shed human skin cellsTheir bodies and feces have a protein (Der f1) that cause an allergic reaction in many peopleAlso, keep in mind that allergy is a chronic disorder caused by a defect in the immune systemHarmless proteins (such as Der f1 and Fel d1) are misidentified by the immune system and the body basically thinks it is under attackThese dust mites live where there is lots of food (skin) and for humans, that is the bedroomSee all those wonderful fibers that we use to make our comfy beds collect our shed skin cells and so it is like a buffet for the mitesSo, you put these special covers on the mattress, boxspring, and pillows and then you wash the sheets and blankets every 7 days in the special De-Mite stuff and it gets rid of the mitesOnce you have that under control, then you can sleep without exposing yourself to those allergens and wake up in the morning feeling so much betterI am going to give you a link to a website that tells all about those dust mites, a link to that washing stuff (I have been using it for years and it makes such a difference) and a link to a website that writes all about air cleaners (they don't sell them) because you might want to get one for your bedroom.
