I pressed the power button and in the process I think I accidently pressed the button that controlled the cable box, so the box went off instead of the TV, then I turned the TV off, I turned it back on, and it wouldn't work anymore, all I see is static, if someone knows what is wrong, PLEASE help me out.
Ok the BEST way to re-sync everything is by walking up to your Cable box, turn it on manually, then turn your TV on too Then get your TV's remote, and set your TV's channel to channel 3 OR set it to the video input you were using. You should have a picture, and sound from your cable box. Now you can go back to using your Cable box's remote.
Turn the cable box on by pressing power botton on the cable box.
