The airbag light came on in my pickup when I changed my head unit, How can I turn it off?

I drive an 04 Nissan Frontier, I think if I would have unplugged the battery before changing it, it wouldn‘t have come on. All wires are secure that were unplugged around the radio.

try disconnecting the battery for a minute and then rehook it.
