Okay My female paint turtle laid 1 egg in the water And i put her in the nesting box i put soft dirt in their cause i don‘t have sand And im not sure im not sure how long she has too stay in their cause she is trying too get out of it and im not sure if those are real eggs or not cause i found her on the road about 4-3 weeks ago and i didn‘t know if she was pregnant, Please Help
1. Please do not take home wild reptiles. Find them in the road, give them a shove to the side and let them be on their way. It hurts the reptile and the environment. Odds are if you picked up the eggs they're no good just because if you turn them the baby will die easily. And if she had them in the water they probably got too cold.
