Put a complaint in with the bus company. State that so-and-so needs to be removed from his/her position because it conflicts with your beliefs. See how that goes over.

Annoy your bus driver until he physically attacks you, he will then be fired/fined and you could get a law suit filed against him or something because he is not supposed to fight. Get your friends parents to complain about him walking a mile home. Have them say anything could have happened to their kid. Make things sound worse than they are without lying, thats how you will get him fired. Best of luck!
